OAEP Padding Error

This error generally occurs when attempting to encrypt or decrypt license data or request/response web service data.  The most common reason for this error is the Encryption Envelope data and Envelope Key are not correct.  

Double-check you have the correct Envelope and Key data in your source code.  Even a single missing character from the data could cause this error.
