Remote Meeting Apps and Screen Sharing
At SoftwareKey, we can connect with you through various remote meeting applications, and we most commonly use Microsoft Teams or GoToMeeting.
When joining a meeting through a web link, you can download the meeting client or join the meeting through your browser.
Audio and Video Settings
GoToMeeting
Press the cog settings button on the top right, and then select your audio devices. Use the Camera tab to select your camera.
Microsoft Teams
Press the More button and choose Device settings.
Use the drop-down fields to change your devices.
Screen Sharing
GoToMeeting
Once the meeting host makes you the Presenter, you will be prompted with a dialog to share your screen:
- Choose Entire Screen.
- Select the Screen.
- Press Share.

Microsoft Teams
You can share at any time by pressing the Share button, and then selecting a screen to share:
