Why can't I Deactivate my installation?

If you have a SOLO Server account, there are two conditions required to deactivate an installation for the licenses you issue:
- Product Option setting: Allow Deactivations enabled
- At least one Deactivation Left on the License ID
If there is a license that you can normally deactivate, but it doesn't provide the option to deactivate on the Activation History page, then there must be zero Deactivations Left.
Go to the License Details page in SOLO Server for the License ID, and increment the Deactivations Left count using the + icon:

SoftwareKey customers
If you are a SoftwareKey customer, you can deactivate a license on your own and then activate it on another computer.
