Why are my Protection PLUS licenses missing from my customer license portal account?

When you are logged into the SOLO Server Automation administration interface, there is a filter in effect that only shows you the specific licenses attached to your SOLO Server Author account. This is to eliminate confusion and provide security. To access your downloads for your Protection PLUS licensing clients, log out of the SOLO Server administration interface, close all browser windows/tabs and then return back to the customer license portal.
