Instant Protection PLUS 3

To determine what version of Instant Protection PLUS 3 you are presently using, simply run Instant Protection PLUS 3 and read the version number from the bottom-right of the splash screen, or go to the Help/About menu. When using the DLL interface, verify the version of the DLL files (IP2Lib32.dll or IP2Lib64.dll), right click on the file, choose Properties then click on the Version tab.

Protection PLUS 5 SDK

To determine the version of Protection PLUS 5 SDK you presently have installed, open License Manager and go to the Help/About menu. To verify the version of the DLL files (such as PLUSManaged.dll or PLUSNative.dll), right click on the file, choose Properties then click on the Version tab.

All of our hosted Instant SOLO Shared and Dedicated URL customers are always automatically upgraded to the latest release.

Any self-hosted SOLO Server customer can determine what version of SOLO Server you are presently using by logging into the Administration interface, and on the home page, scroll down to the bottom and look for SOLO Server build: X.X.X.X.   We recommend that any self-hosted SOLO Server customers contact us to inquire about the recommended upgrade procedure. Be sure to tell us what version you are currently running in production.
