How do I sell subscription renewals through the integrated shopping cart?

With SOLO Server's integrated eCommerce, you can sell a customer an initial time-limited/subscription license, and then they can purchase a renewal for that license to extend its expiration date. The customer can seamlessly continue using the license they already have and do not need to activate again. If the customer does not purchase a renewal, their license will reach its expiration date an no longer allow the software to run.

You will need to configure a Product Option Rule, which set conditions for how/when that Option can be purchased. See the Configuring Renewal Options for details on offing a renewal for an existing license.

Once configured, customers will be able to log into the Customer License Portal, and it will display what renewal/upgrades are available to them
