Standard Support is included for all customers with an active SoftwareKey System subscription, and covers basic questions and high-level guidance by email or online chat.
We will provide direct answers, or point you to the relevant manual topic, blog post, online tutorial, or support portal article that you may have missed. Prospective and current customers can depend on Standard Support for simple responses to uncomplicated queries.
