Jump-Start Professional Services

When you have active Software Maintenance, you can use our Standard Support at no charge, which covers basic questions by email and online chat.

Through our Professional Services, we also offer a Jump-Start support assistance option for customized one-on-one support and training. This can help cover the basics of using Instant Protection PLUS 3, Protection PLUS 5 SDK, or SOLO Server. It can include a walk-through, checking/confirming you are using the correct settings for your licensing requirements, and basically cover anything that you are not clear on.

We recommend taking advantage of our Jump-Start support if you are:

  • New to the concepts of software licensing
  • Wanting some initial training using our solution
  • Limited on time 
  • Wanting confirmation that the settings you have chosen will result in the functionality you expect
