Architecting Professional Services

The SoftwareKey Architecting Professional Services is a step above the Jump-Start Professional Services and includes an experienced, dedicated, senior-level licensing solution architect to take ownership and understand the "big picture" behind all of Customer's licensing initiatives. During this process, they will:

1. Ask questions until a clear understanding is reached of not only what the Customer is requesting but also why they are requesting it.
2. Act as an initial sounding board on Customer's requirements and discuss any alternatives or immediate concerns that come up during the discussion.
3. Provide a written summary of each call to make sure everyone has a clear understanding of the request / initiative.
4. Coordinate all communication with other SoftwareKey staff members to gather additional input on the design of the proposed solution.
5. When appropriate, provide a written proposal for any additional projects or customizations needed.

In addition, an online collaboration portal for the project can provide Customer's full team direct access to all senior-level SoftwareKey engineering staff members.

Team SoftwareKey Architecting Professional Services are available in order to help Customer polish the requirements to obtain enough specificity to provide fixed price quote(s) for potential future on-boarding or customization projects.
